Niko Skorpio and PARAFERAL present a new audio release, JUMI.
Released august 1, 2024, JUMI was mostly recorded at the Kuuskulma Library 2024. It also contains field recordings from Seoul 2013, Toronto 2014, Svalbard 2018, Forssa 2023. Processed and completed July 2024. Released in digital only format(s) on Bandcamp.
JUMI is Skorpio’s first all new audio release since 2019’s The Unfolding — Themes & Variations. It is described as way more abrasive in approach, reflecting Skorpio’s background in the early 1990s industrial noise scene.
